What a coincidence, that you talk about HE Tokens when I just created a new Token with the @hiq.magazine . You can even put that into a Liquidity Pool.
Also I fomoed hard into the @nectar-queen token game, but to know more about that you have to read my last posts, all 4 are about the creator of those Tokens.
I have send you some HIQS, to know more about the project just read the next HiQ on 31.03.22. If you want to fomo into our pool as well which is the best use case imo, I can explain it to you shortly.

Alright, I guess I wont show you how to swap your HIQS for BEE to join the pool, would hurt our price anyways :P. But please do me the favor and read about our Tokenomics in the next issue of @hiq.magazine. You will see that it is very much worth it to get into the pool early.
