That looks like a fairly interesting place. Finding the old newspaper is a bit of a bonus given the condition of the rest of the building. I'm a bit shocked there wasn't more fire damage give the ease of access.

It was a lot more open before looking at maps, but then the bulldozers had not moved in creating big holes to walk through.
