An abandoned place that draws onlookers but it's not cared for? Here these type of places are boarded up and locked up. Don't get me wrong I would wonder around in this place even though it may not be safe.
I seen an old abandon school recently I would have loved to go inside and explore but the property owner doesn't allow. Doors locked and signs of no trespassing posted.
Some cool things still in this place now the trash left behind is horrible. You did a good job exploring and showing us. One can still see the beauty this place once had. I feel a little sad that it's not cared for despite its allowed to get visitors.

There's probably no budget for it or it can't be restored any longer. . I did see how wrecked it is from the inside...it'll cost a lot for a restoration. It's actually a good place for a gallery or museum, don't you think?
It's now considered as a tourist attraction and open to anyone who would want to explore it..

Yup funding is the down fall to many historic restorations. It would make for an excellent gallery or museum. In its current condition maybe a haunted house exhibit 👻. Some actors and chain saws should do, hehe
