Urban exploration is becoming more and more popular. Your post is a great presentation of it.
I am thinking in my minds where could I find such place in vicinity... There was a place near to my neighbourhood but it was renovated few years ago. I will have to think further and hope to find one, or not as it should be scary :)

Haha I think urbex in general is nothing for the faint hearted :) I have a very vivid imagination and I could see flashbacks from various horror movies everywere :D
