Courtyard spaces. 1st microdistrict. Part 5

I managed to exhale and relax that evening only when I moved to another section of the 1st microdistrict at the corner of Schetinin-Gagarin streets. It was so calm and quiet here that I, tired after passing through a tense neighborhood, regained strength.

This square has its own characteristics: small panel houses in the shape of the letter L.

And between them there are narrow passages that I just love.

When shooting at night, there are almost always two colors from light sources - blue and yellow.

They visually differ little in color, but the camera sees differently and you have to build a balance between them.

In such conditions, it will never be possible to set the perfect balance of white on a black or gray point. One thing will go into a poisonous blue or burnt yellowness.

This fight between blue and yellow once attracted me. So I began to wander in the evenings in search of this difference in color temperature.

But sometimes there is a different color from very old lanterns - green. It is a rarity. Increasingly, white LED bulbs come across.

If you have one light source (any: warm or cold), then you can build a white balance, for example, in the snow.

But as soon as a light source, different in color temperature difference, hits, then wait for poison and acid!

Sometimes even balance doesn't help. Well, okay. But the picture is colorful.

It is worse when the color temperature is the same: there is no contrast in color.

As a documentary reporter, I shouldn't lie about the colors, but what if the camera communicates differently? So let be it, as the camera reports...

The lower part of the television tower against the backdrop of a nine-story building.

I really liked this part of the 1st microdistrict. I would live here... albeit far from the center.
