The building is located in Poland, in Sosnówka, Lower Silesia.
Budynek powstał w 1982 roku i służył jako stołówka dla wczasowiczów, którzy dostali przydział na wakacje z Funduszu Wczasów Pracowniczych za czasów, kiedy Polska należała do bloku sowieckiego.
The building was erected in 1982 and served as a canteen for vacationers who got their vacation allowance from the Workers' Holiday Fund
during the time when Poland belonged to the Soviet Union.
Po zmianach ustrojowych w kraju, budynek stoi pusty od lat 90. Okoliczni mieszkańcy zaopiekowali się nim bardzo starannie, wyciągając z niego co się tylko dało.
After the political changes in the country, the building has stood empty since the 1990s. Local residents have taken great care of it, pulling out whatever they could from it.
A lokalna młodzież zrobiła sobie miejsce do wyrażania swojej twórczości.
And local youth have made a place for themselves to express their creativity.
W 2014 pojawił się inwestor, który kupił to miejsce. Całość została przeprojektowana na budynek mieszkalny wielorodzinny, ale do dzisiaj nic nie zostało zrealizowane. Zostały tylko wizualizacje.
In 2014, an investor came in and bought the place. The whole place was redesigned into a multi-family residential building, but nothing has been realized until today. Only visualizations remain.
Wiele ciekawych miejsc niszczeje, gdzie swego czasu można było poddać miejsce rewitalizacji.
Dalej można. Tylko trzeba mieć pieniądze i pomysł.
