What an amazing report! Absolutely loved it and I feel what you're talking about. I'm a few KM down the road in Gold Coast and I've seen this happening A LOT... old houses are going fast, giving way to these modern blocks of concrete.

So sad @punknature 2021 because we are suppose to live in the lucky country with along history of homes, a backyard and playing on the clothesline. Now, I see such a big swing to high density living in the cities and the Gold Coast is certainly a big city now.
