They probably need to replace the wall around the back, as it's kind of missing. The blast from the cars could well have made it when they exploded.

Not literally the whole ara, just some part to give them a roof to stay, especially in the cold season.
The roof on this one was intact, the cold you can't escape. In there, at night during winter would not be fun.
