I wonder if the name changes are because of licensing. Often, these places can get funding or, if they get caught doing something like serving underage drinkers, they can rotate the name of the owner, change the club name and keep going. Or some such nonsense.
The article is dated 2016, after that.. nothing. Did it ever open..., the only two bits of info are the ones I linked. I am not sure how stringent they are when it comes to the drinking age, everyone has ID now.. whereas few had when I was 18.
