Not sure how long ago you saw the noise, they move from noise.cash to noise.app and actually have app on playstore but I access it on browser here: https://noise.app/ace108
I signed up on Noise.cash, but I couldn't work out how it works. So, I posted once or twice only. Then I heard about the Noise.app from someone on Hive.
Thanks to your invite, I am able to sign up again. I guess they are a bit different than Steem or Hive. I must find some time to have a closer look.
