Hive 跟赞团跟赞页面和程序升级

最近经常收到Hive的跟赞团补赞的请求，所以对程序进行了升级，并且和STEEM的跟赞团一样，添加了一个跟赞页面，方便团员查看点赞情况和申请补赞

和STEEM的跟赞团一样，有

  • 跟赞团员：显示所有通过hive.vote设置100%跟赞@cn-trail的团员
  • 每日点赞列表：列出每日会被点赞的团员
  • 申请补赞：如果1-6天没被跟赞团点赞，可以通过这个申请功能自动补赞

目前申请补赞的功能由于今天才建好数据库，所以没办法跟踪之前漏掉的点赞
