最近，在這裡最熱門的事情，就是棒球經典賽了，各國近年來在棒球實力上持續提升，不僅培養出優秀的投手與打者，也逐漸建立起完整的棒球文化，熱血球迷紛紛到比賽場地，為支持的球隊加油，而留在家中的默默地觀看比賽轉播，祈禱比賽順利。
而商家們，當然不會放過這麼好的行銷機會，紛紛推出各式優惠，像是麥當勞不但麥脆雞腿買一送一之外，中杯飲料、咖啡、奶茶也都買一送一，麥當勞的競爭對手，肯德基也有楓糖風味鬆餅咔啦肉霸堡買一送一，奇巧可可流心蛋撻打五折 (等於買一送一)，便利商店有特大杯咖啡買二送二和熱狗買1送1等活動，其中披薩連鎖店的不限口味大披薩特惠價199元台幣的活動，我最動心。
當天，我一早就在網路上訂了披薩，而當我到披薩店時，已經有不少人在等著取披薩，看來聰明人不少，大家都來搶便宜的披薩，等個十來分鐘，我就拿到我預定的披薩了，當我回到家時，家人們早就一邊看棒球比賽的直播，一邊等著我回來，不久後，大家一邊吃著披薩、一邊看著比賽、一邊討論戰況，口味多元且分食方便的披薩，真的很適合這樣的用餐氛圍啊！

That morning, I ordered the pizza online early. When I arrived at the pizza shop, quite a few people were already waiting to pick up their orders. It looks like there are plenty of smart shoppers around—everyone came to grab the cheap pizza deal. After waiting for about ten minutes, I got the pizza I had ordered.
By the time I got home, my family was already watching the baseball game live and waiting for me to come back. Soon, we were all eating pizza, watching the game, and discussing the plays together. With its variety of flavors and the convenience of sharing, pizza really is perfect for this kind of game-watching atmosphere!
