
天冷嘴馋,尽想吃点小零嘴!
炸花生米很香很好吃,裹层糖衣就更爱了!
准备食材:花生米、蛋、面粉、冰糖、芝麻、油。
1)把半斤花生挑拣好,打一个蛋进去,充分拌匀,让每颗花生米都有蛋液。

2)分次舀入面粉,一些一些的加,让每颗花生米都裹上面粉,直至每颗都裹不上为止。

3)用漏勺把多余的面粉抖掉。
4)起锅倒油,大油锅,3成热就可以把裹好面粉的花生米倒入炸,会起泡是正常现象,期间轻轻拨动花生米让它受热均匀。把花生米炸熟捞出沥干油。

5)锅中倒入一点清水,把冰糖放入熬化熬浓,倒入炸好的花生米快速翻匀撒上芝麻即可。(让每一颗都裹上糖汁)
糖花生米摊好待凉,等它凉后就可以吃了,脆香甜味道好极了!
