[私家厨房]~ 金枪鱼水饺

金枪鱼的肉色和猪瘦肉差不多,和猪瘦肉一样,有点柴。我想把它打成泥后包水饺味道应该不错!

金枪鱼营养是非常好的,小宝爱吃水饺,把它包成水饺不怕没销路,家中有韭菜,就用韭菜搭配了,我想用胡萝卜葱搭配也不错哦!

准备食材:金枪鱼、韭菜、生姜、鸡蛋、生抽、料酒、盐、油、水饺皮。

1)把金枪鱼放几片生姜一起打成泥,韭菜洗净切碎。

2)放入大盘中,再磕入一个蛋,倒入少许料酒,适量生抽和盐,一勺油(猪肉馅的一般都有带猪油打碎,金枪鱼太精拌点油进去不错,锁住水份增加口感)搅拌匀。

3)这样就可以包了。

整体口感和猪肉馅无异,只是金枪鱼馅自身带一点点酸味,不介意的可以包来试试。
