【私家厨房】~酱牛肉块

以前做的都是牛肉酱,这段时间孩他爸在网上买了香辣牛肉酱罐头回来,开来吃,里面竟然是很大块的牛肉,一罐里面没几块,但因为块大给人很满足的感觉,所以我就打算也做一次大块的酱牛肉块。买了一斤牛肉试做,还不错!分享给大家。
准备食材:牛肉,生姜,料酒,生抽,老抽,豆瓣酱,糖,油。(喜辣可以放辣酱)
1)牛肉外表洗净,切块,生姜切片。
2)起过倒油,炒菜的量再多一点,把姜片和牛肉块一起放入炒,炒到缩小一点变色后倒入料酒炒会后倒入生抽和老抽。
3)倒入一点点水,盖上盖子煮会儿,随时搅拌,等汤汁有点干时放入豆瓣酱和糖调味,炒匀即可。
炒好的酱牛肉块冷却后找个玻璃罐装起来,这样可以慢慢享用了哦!
