【私家厨房】~茭白烧咸肉

这段时间茭白上市了,茭白对肠胃非常好,有助消化,它有滋润作用,可能和它长在水里有关吧!

自家小水塘里的茭白才刚长没几片叶子呢!能吃的话最起码一个月。

准备食材:茭白、咸肉、生姜、料酒、盐、蔬菜鲜、葱。

1)把咸肉洗干净,烧点水把它焯一下,再用清水冲洗刮干净表面的脏东西,然后切片。
2)茭白剥壳,洗净切滚刀块,生姜切片,葱切碎。
3)锅中放入茭白块和咸肉片,加入生姜片和料酒,加水没过食材,一直炖,大概炖15分钟。
4)炖到后期时加入盐和蔬菜鲜,撒上葱碎就可以出锅了。

味道很好,特别是配饭,连汤泡饭都很好吃的哦!
