[私家厨房]~ 卤鸡爪

有文友说我烧的菜太红了,今天烧了个颜色淡淡的鸡爪,但味道一点都不淡,因为我放了盐🤭 🤭 。

鸡爪其实要把脚趾尖给剪了的,但我一点点都没想到,等卤上才发觉张牙舞爪的太丑了!

准备食材:鸡爪、生姜、八角、桂皮、花椒、香叶、盐、生抽、老抽、料酒、冰糖。

1)把鸡爪洗净,锅中放水烧开把鸡爪焯一下,剪掉脚趾。

2)准备干净的锅,把焯好的鸡爪放入锅中,放入生姜、八角、桂皮、花椒、香叶、生抽、老抽、料酒、冰糖,再放入清水没过鸡爪,大火烧开转中小火卤10分钟,盖上盖子。

3)等10分钟后,开盖继续卤,尝味,淡了放盐,咸了再放点糖。等卤汁收到只剩一层底就可以了。(注意全程都要时不时的翻动鸡爪,一防粘锅,二为了着色着味更好)。

能吃辣可以放两干辣椒,作用不仅仅是加点辣味而已哦!
