[私家厨房]~ 咸肉春笋

老妈家住两天,偷懒一下,吃吃老妈做的菜,之前说她切菜很粗犷可不是假的,这道菜里的咸肉就是很厚很厚的那种。

准备食材:咸肉、春笋、料酒、盐、蔬菜鲜、葱。

1)把咸肉切片,用开水稍微烫一下去掉灰尘马上捞出。

2)春笋剥壳,切滚刀块,铺在碗里。

3)再把咸肉铺在笋上,撒上少许蔬菜鲜,淋上一点料酒,入高压锅压8分钟。(咸肉腌得咸的就不用撒盐了,腌得淡的要撒一点盐)
4)开盖撒上葱碎焖一分钟上菜开饭。

咸肉咬下去很有层次感,肥肉咸香软糯,瘦肉和皮稍硬一点,比较有口感,真得形容不来那个美味,吃了就知道啦!
