[私家厨房]~ 扣肉后期

蒸扣肉啦!非常过瘾,吃得养膘的菜来啦!不知道亲会喜欢吗?

前篇写了扣肉的前期,今天来写蒸煮方法。

准备食材:扣肉块、冰糖、生抽、老抽、料酒、蔬菜鲜、辅料(随意,最后有建议)

1)把扣肉切一厘米宽的片(其实薄一点更好,我老妈比较粗犷🤭 )
2)猪皮面朝下放入大碗中,倒入生抽、料酒、少许老抽、蔬菜鲜和冰糖,再放上辅料。

3)高压锅中放入多量的水,放入蒸架,把一大碗肉放入蒸15分钟以上(肉要非常稣烂为止,开盖不烂就继续再压。
4)蒸好后拿个大盘子,把肉反扣到盘子中就好了。

辅料嘛!自我小的时候到现在吃过的有梅干菜、荸荠、萝卜干、板栗、芋艿、排骨、春笋、冬笋等等… 太多太多了,都可以搭配在下面。这不,我妈把白蛋放下面了,也可以哦!
