炒番薯片

今年地里种的地瓜品种我不太喜欢吃，不喜欢我就煮得很少也不拿，所以今年的地瓜剩下有一些的。老爸老妈两个人吃吃，吃不了很多，所以想办法做成我们都爱吃的食物。这就做了番薯片。

我觉得做做挺复杂的，要经过好几个步骤。第一部把番薯蒸熟。待温了放入芝麻捣烂。再把它杆成薄片。然后多晒几个太阳，期间把它剪开。再搞点专门炒炒货的沙子来炒脆。

老妈做的番薯片里面放了挺多橘子皮的，所以吃起来像橘皮干哈哈。老妈说小时候做来吃过，但现在吃起来味道不同了。那是当然，现在太多美食了，那想她小时那样物质这么匮乏。连橘子都很少，所以橘皮也舍不得扔。

整体来说还是味道可以的。就是稍微厚了点有点硬，要牙口好的才合适吃。我么就浅尝一下了吧。
