【私家厨房】~秋葵炒银芽

换汤不换药哈哈!银芽就是豆芽,它有很多种叫法,各地叫法不同。之前说这段时间偏爱豆芽,这不又拿它炒了秋葵,没想到味道出奇的好,而且不用勾芡的那种。因秋葵里面含有大量的粘滑汁液,炒时会释出,所以和勾了芡似的。

准备食材:豆芽、黄秋葵、胡萝卜、盐、鸡精、油。

1)把食材洗净,秋葵和胡萝卜切丝。
2)起锅倒油,炒菜的量,先把胡萝卜放入煸炒,再把秋葵放入炒。
3)最后把豆芽放入炒,放入盐和鸡精调味即可。

很简单的一道菜,就是注意食材放入的先后顺序,食材不同,煮制时间不同,其余都是随便完成的啦!
