与其慌于节奏太快，不如学会 “与快共处”。把 AI 当高效助手而非全能答案，享受便利的同时留份审慎 —— 毕竟再迅猛的技术浪潮，扎实落地才是对普通人最实在的意义。

Instead of panicking about the speed, learn to "live with fast changes." Treat AI as a helpful assistant, not a perfect answer. Enjoy its convenience but stay careful. After all, no matter how big the tech wave is, solid real use is what matters most to regular people.
