



谁懂啊!刷直播又没忍住 —— 看着满屏 “巨好吃” 的弹幕,加上之前给爸妈寄的那份被老爸夸 “很好吃”,我直接复购两盒榴莲千层。
到货那几天没来及的吃,它就一直待在冰箱冷冻层 “冬眠”。今天终于想起来拆盒,刚拿出来时表面还裹着层细密的冰渣,像给金黄的饼皮盖了层薄霜。拿刀切开的瞬间,能听到莎莎的声响 —— 是冰渣被压碎的动静。先切下一小角品尝,结果刚咬下去就打了个寒颤:榴莲的绵密香还没完全醒过来,嘴里全是冰沙的凉,那股冷意顺着舌尖、齿缝往四肢钻,神经都跟着发颤。这也是到货后没立刻吃的原因。
看着这层层叠叠的饼皮裹着榴莲馅,还挺馋人,等它彻底化软了再尝,应该就能 get 直播间夸的那种香糯了吧?先把它放一边缓会儿,希望等下能吃到正经的榴莲甜香。

I was too busy to eat it when it arrived, so it stayed “sleeping” in the freezer. Today I finally remembered to open it. When I took it out, the surface was covered with tiny ice crystals, like a thin frost on the golden crepe layers. As soon as I cut it with a knife, I heard a rustling sound — that’s the ice shards breaking. I sliced off a small piece to try, and I shivered right away: the durian taste wasn’t strong yet (it hadn’t fully thawed), my mouth was full of icy slush, and that cold feeling rushed from my tongue and teeth to my whole body, making my nerves tingle. That’s why I didn’t eat it right after it came. Looking at the layers of crepe wrapped in durian filling, it’s really tempting. Once it’s fully thawed and soft, I should get that creamy, sweet taste everyone praised in the live stream, right? I’ll set it aside to warm up — hope I can taste the real sweet durian flavor later.
