早上不到8：30到了口腔医院，预约的8：00-8：30，找医生加了号，我跟医生说了说那颗牙的治疗史，她对比了旧牙片和新拍的局部片后，说牙尖有炎症且空洞太大，除垢后边缘会更薄，直接建议拔除。其实我早做好 “不能补就拔” 的心理准备，可真听到建议时还是犹豫了，我借口今天有其他事、担心拔牙影响说话为由，约了过两天再处理。
昨天 BOSS 上收到主播招募的消息，往常我都不搭理这类信息，昨天却鬼使神差回了句。简单沟通后对方给了段文案，让我录一分钟视频试试，看内容挺靠谱就应下了。
从医院回来就开始捣鼓录制，照着之前豆包给的建议：按文案和受众搭配衣服颜色、布置背景、找拍摄角度，还要把控表情、语速和情感。看似简单的一分钟，反复调整折腾到 11 点才勉强挑出一个版本发出去。
虽没拔成牙，却解锁了新体验，

I told her about that tooth’s past treatments, and after comparing my old X-ray with a new local one, she said the tooth tip was inflamed and the cavity was way too big. He added the edges would get even thinner after cleaning, so he straight-up suggested pulling it out.
I’d already mentally prepared to have it extracted if it couldn’t be filled, yet I hesitated when he gave the advice. I made an excuse that I had other stuff to do that day and worried I wouldn’t be able to talk after the procedure, so I booked the extraction for a couple of days later.
Yesterday, I got a streamer recruitment message on BOSS. I usually ignore these, but for no reason, I replied. We chatted briefly, and they sent me a script, asking me to record a one-minute test video. The content seemed legit, so I agreed to give it a go.
Right after I got home from the hospital, I started working on the video. Following tips from Doubao, I picked clothes and set up the background to fit the script and audience, found a good filming spot, and tried to nail my facial expressions, speaking speed, and tone. That “simple” one-minute clip took tons of retakes, and I only managed to pick a passable version to send by 11 a.m.
No tooth pulled, but a new experience unlocked. Enjoy！
