6.18猪蹄説——

今天六月十八号-6.18是个好日子，也是吉利数字，6.18每年的年中福利活动，六:一发发，今天也发发，我们加个猪蹄餐，小朋友们则小鸡腿餐，像这么热的天气，没有至少一道美食怎么能吃的下！——

平时自己家做的黄豆猪蹄，量可以，炖的猪蹄还是不够软糯！还是喜欢人家店做的！除了猪蹄量不多，价格可能也不便宜！六七十就一小盘，胜在好吃呀！

这道猪蹄自己加热下-味道还不错，猪蹄没几块，大人两:每人吃三四块，小孩各尝一，也近十块猪蹄，虽然放了辣椒，小朋友也因它的美味，有一起品吃，一边“嘻-阿-辣”，一边还想尝(哦:辣就不吃先)，还説:“不加辣椒就好——😄

我家小朋友基本不吃辣(竟偶尔能吃一些辣条)，猪蹄加了辣椒可以去猪味是么，小朋友喜欢吃的鸡腿饭，就不剩了～只看到鸡腿骨(还没来及拍吃😄)。

这道猪蹄皮肉软糯，嚼在嘴里，唇齿留香！黄豆软硬合适，汤汁亦鲜美！猪蹄汤汁浇在米饭🍚上，尤其下饭！一边想吃水果，今天又吃撑了！
