最近参与一个人居环境（产业互联网）项目，关于产业互联网（在传统行业数字化改革）我刷新了一些认知，给大家分享。
关于智慧乡村（数字化、互联网升级） 底层逻辑
• 所有的管理实际是业务的管理、事情的管理、人的管理，故产业互联网是管理工具的升级
• 传统依赖 每个岗位上人的专业、权威、威信来完成工作的拆分、下发，考核、考评管理
• 数字化以后，是以目标为导向，将目标科学、合理的拆解为具体指标，传统的经验管理、考核通过系统（客观的代表）对指标的数据化（量化）打分，做到更科学、公平、有效的组织、管理
分析决策：
1. 目标 （管理层定）
2. 指标（管理层拆分确定）
3. 事项/动作（执行层根据指标、目标，主动寻找最优、最高笑动作）
