Writing down what you want to do will help you in translating what you want to do to goal rather than a wish for further consideration.
I get this sha, but for me weather or not I write about it is of no consequence. I will do what I can but not all the time of course
When you write it down, there is a possibility of not achieving all but it will help you to keep track of your achievement.
