Yeah... I watched an interview where Mel Robbins explained how she came up with the 5 second rule... It was the count down to a rocket launch by NASA... Insane stuff.
Anyways, acting in the first 5 minutes is easier said than done.
I tried that out and found that I had a lot of projects I started but left unfinished.
Not knowing it is hard.
Knowing it and making use of it is harder.
Yeah, she explained in the book as well. It's an insane discovery.
