I did and collected my passport in one month, so it is quite surprising that getting my national identification card has taken also years and nothing too much for it. It is a deliberate act to be mediocre and inefficient.

Yeah I got my international passport in a month but I paid for fast track and that was back in the year 2016.
I have forgotten how much I paid for fast track but I only got the passport only for 35k.
