Truly, being caught between government failures and disasters is a huge blow to the affected people. Oftentimes we are not allowed to complain because they are doing their best, and it is also our duty to contribute instead of voicing our needs.
Sometimes the government policies works for them, but not for the people. So life end up more difficult and even more difficult to escape the pitfalls of life.
