RE: Hive-Naija Weekend Engagement #10 - Time Management

in Speak Peace2 years ago

Exams are ongoing (Funaab) and I can't help but feel so stressed cause I failed, as usual, to keep my promise to myself to start reading from the beginning of the semester. I didn't plan my time well and now, it's all I can do to keep up with the workload and not come down with something. Yet I still find time to play games, while mentally cautioning myself to get serious with my life 😂. E be tinz.

I cam relate. Sometimes its not your fault. Come to think of universities who held semester for 10weeks and are planning to run 4 semesters in a year just to cover up for that one year lockdown, sometimes it not just our fault and even if you read from day one school resumes, there is still lots of pdf to read.

Some lecturers are so wicked that they Wii give you too many notes with things that don't even concern you.

Exactly ma'am. I wrote an exam today and realized it was past question from 9 years ago, with most of the questions featuring from a textbook I never knew existed until yesternight. I'm even lucky I went through it, people who read just the notes have only prayer to depend on rn😂.

9 years ago?? E choke!
By the calculation, some of the people writing that exam just did what occured when they were in junior high schoool. 🙆

Na true o. 😂 I was in Jss 2 to be precise. God epp us

Good one there @monica-ene
Even if you start reading before school resumes, you'd still have tonnes to read!😂

I'm glad you still have time to have fun with your game despite the heavy workload. It is very important to pause and have fun. Na those little breaks dy give us strength to keep going.

And maintain sanity 💆🏾‍♀️. Thank youu 😌
