And today I want to share with you guys my Christmas chicken shopping experience on Friday 24th December 2022.
And I went on a shopping for Christmas chicken in my village market (Ariam market).
Ariam market is a small market located at Ariam Elu-elu in Ikwuano Local Government Area, Umuahia Abia State Nigeria.
It's a market majorly meant for foodstuffs and other petty items. The market holds once in a week.

We left to the market in the morning by 9am, for you to get the best of what you want to buy from the market, you need to go in the morning.

We had gone to a couple of chicken sellers whose prices were really on the high side before getting to meet the one whole price is quite lower.
The below is the chicken seller, with customers surrounding him and his chicken.

Finally, we were able to select 2 chickens which we finally bought at the rate of 4,500 naira each, a total of 9,000 naira which is approximately 11.25 hive.

After the shop we got one our way going home to prepare for the Christmas proper, as we expect to have lots of visitors.
