Greetings to my fellow hivers, we are back again on the hive open mic community with another theme for this week titled "Gospel". I remain my humble self @coderaikiri and for my entry to this incredible opportunity I'll be presenting an acapella to the song Crazy World by Lucky Dube so stay tuned for a doozy ride.
To a lot of people this song doesn't match the description of the theme but if you look deeper than the surface, you'll realize that the song is nothing short of the Gospel of the earth. Crazy world is my dad's favorite and listening to it regularly made me a fan of it as well. The song talks about the triviality of life, how leaders go to war for different reasons but in the end only the masses suffer. The world is truly crazy because people live full today just to die empty tomorrow .
Even the youngsters are not spared from this cruelty because in the song there's a little boy who prays to God for the protection of his soul even if he doesn't see tomorrow. The song is truly an eye opener about life and that is why I believe it can be used as a gospel.
