Hi Hivers, how are you all? I'm sure we're all fine. My name is @donirosayandi, I'm a guitarist. On this occasion I will sing for Hive Open Mic 166, we will explore the following theme: "Never Give Up." This theme is chosen by our community's recent Spotlight Artist: @ksam.
For this week's theme I have prepared a good song, a song yang related to the theme, namely the song called "jangan menyerah", this song was popularized by "D'Masiv".
When the theme "Never Give Up" was distributed this week, I was immediately reminded of this song by Don't give up, which expresses the meaning of how important life is, the values and morals that are taught. It says there that "we as human beings are not perfect and should never regret everything that has happened". It is undeniable that we as human beings must have done the wrong thing and have also had trials in each of our lives. Because every human being has advantages and disadvantages in him.

Sometimes we have to be able to accept every shortcoming that exists within us, because from these deficiencies we can find a lesson that we must continue to learn to be able to cover up the deficiencies that exist within us. We will also never know we were born in a poor family or in a sufficient family. But we should never regret it and must still be grateful for what God has given us.
Then this song states that "We must have had a big trial, as if this life had no meaning anymore". What this means is that life will never always go smoothly, just like when we go up a mountain and then down it. Sometimes we can go through life feeling as good as if we were always right about it. But when we get a problem or disaster that we experience in our life and there is no way out, we must feel that our life has no meaning anymore.
There is an important message from this song, namely in the chorus of this song it says that "We must always be grateful for what we already have because life is a gift". So always do your best in living our lives, because life is a gift, which is only given once by the Almighty. By having a goal and compiling a goal setting in living our life, so that we also don't waste the meaning of a life that has been given. Because "God will definitely show His greatness and power, for His servants who are patient and don't give up easily." This means that we also have to rely on and believe in God that He will always provide a way for us to look at goals or the future in life for people who don't give up easily. Because with His Greatness and Power, nothing is impossible to make our desires come true as long as we don't give up easily. The point here is that we don't easily give up on circumstances, on a life full of trials and keep the enthusiasm to live it and keep doing our best to pursue our dreams.
