The song " my heart will go on " is from a movie [ Titanic ] it was composed by James Horner with lyrics by will Jennings. And also this songs was a global hit, tapping the charts in over twenty centuries, it's a pop song originally released by Canadian singer celine Dion for the film titanic. If you actually watch the movies titanic the answer is regarding the love of the two main character. At the end Jack, dies so she's merely saying “Near, far, wherever you are my heart will go on”. Even in his death he will always be in her heart.
When a deep love is lost, we may feel that our heart will stop beating because life has no meaning anymore, to stay strong is the only hope, but life must continue and our hearts must go on despite our desperate and loss. To understand this song, you have to know the movie in full
