Félix Rodríguez was a Spanish scientist, a Naturist who rose to fame in 1966 when he was a television presenter on TVE with his first program "Félix, el Amigo de los Animales; since then you would have many television projects related to fauna and the environment, being popular not only in Spain, but in the whole world.
From this tragic story the song "Friend is born Félix ", written by Gloria Fuertes who as a poet he felt obliged to explain in a kind and poetic way to the public, especially to all the children who were very shocked by what happened.
To record this cover I used my Alcatel Cameo X. To edit the images I used PhotoDirector. I hope you liked this interpretation dedicated especially to the Friend of Animals. Félix Rodríguez fue un científico español, un naturista que saltó a la fama en 1966 al ser presentador de televisión en TVE con su primer programa "Félix, el Amigo de los Animales; desde entonces vendrías muchos proyectos para televisión referentes a la fauna y el ambiente, siendo popular no solo en España, sino en el mundo entero.
En 1980, Félix se trasladaba hacia Alaska con su equipo de trabajo para documentar la carrera de trineo de perros más importante del mundo, la Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race. Antes de despedirse de Unalakleet, se dice que comentó: "¡Que lugar tan hermoso para morir!", y lamentablemente la avioneta se estrelló al poco tiempo de despegar, y murió todo el equipo.
Esta canción es interpretada por el grupo Enrique y Ana, un dúo de un hombre y una una niña muy popular en España y Latinoamérica entre finales de los 70 e inicios de los 80. Mi Amigo Félix se publicó casi inmediatamente después de la muerte del presentador de televisión y fue incluida en el álbum "Multiplica con Enrique y Ana, y un año más tarde en la película "Las Aventuras de Enrique y Ana (1981)".
