Another week full of wonderful music!!
Otra semana llena de maravillosa música!!
In this edition of hive openmic, i´m bringing you an original song, i am very happy to be able to take part once again on this amazing, wonderful contest that is growing every week. I´ve been recovering from throat illness and i´m feeling a little better so i decided to try a bit singing after several weeks participating only with instrumental entries due to my condition, so i can say i feel grateful and blessed for that. "Along the path" is a song written depicting the story of a fictional adventurer based or inspired in my own "adventures", like some kind of alter - ego, it can also be interpreted as a general vision of urban and street artists and musicians, people who find and feel home wherever they go, adventurer souls, it´s a song to remind us that sometimes we expect so much to achieve something, we desire to reach a goal, and we forget that "hapiness is along the path" the protagonist of the story on this song "seeks his happiness along the path" (as one line of the song says) and that´s how i relate this song to this week´s theme. I hope you enjoy my song!
En esta edición de hive openmic, les traigo una canción original, estoy muy feliz de poder participar una vez más en este increíble y maravilloso concurso que crece cada semana. Me he estado recuperando de una enfermedad de garganta y me siento un poco mejor así que decidí intentar cantar un poco después de varias semanas participando solo con entradas instrumentales debido a mi condición, así que puedo decir que me siento agradecido y bendecido por eso. "A lo largo del camino" es una canción escrita que describe la historia de un aventurero de ficción basada o inspirada en mis propias "aventuras", como una especie de alter ego, también puede interpretarse como una visión general de artistas y músicos urbanos y callejeros, personas que encuentran y se sienten en casa allá donde van, almas aventureras, es una canción para recordarnos que a veces esperamos tanto para lograr algo, deseamos alcanzar una meta, y olvidamos que "la felicidad está en el camino" El protagonista de la historia de esta canción "busca su felicidad a lo largo del camino" (como dice una línea de la canción) y así relaciono esta canción con el tema de esta semana. ¡Espero que disfrutes mi canción!

I don't know where to start, hahah. Just listening to it the second time :)
I can see this song as a long living one, because both music and lyrics are getting under the skin...the rhythmic and harmonic structure flow through the veins of the listeners.
Julio, if you would record an album one day this would be the song which gives the title to the album. Along the Path!
