Well this song is so intense for me, but I don't wanna create a long explanation to the Main title but is about the Broken promises, cause the spanish people (and the Spanish Empire) comes here 500 years ago and dominate and kills a Lot of people native aboriginal and well a Lot of dark history around... And of course My family comes to spain and France from here in 1750 and of course I have native southamerican aboriginal family blood too. So I just wanna convert that mixed feelings into a song. Cause of that I use the samplers of indigenous músic from here (flutes/percusión/native Instruments but like a chaos chamanic ritual - I had been in some in sacred lands and mountais from here) so well for me is a little bit heart breaking moment all the pain and suffering that happened here but I convert that feelings into art and músic. And My guitar sounds like a crying sometimes is because I can imagine the true love about a girl from here and spain conqueror (like Pohahontas mood) but later that same cultural and históric situation becomes into a break up and of course the Broken promise of that love. I don't develop this kind of stuffs in the Main post but is the history Behind this particular song. This country is Broken and damage cause of that Bad energy and that strongs pain... Yesterday here in My city was like a civil war scenario in Caracas and for me, is the same pain and suffering that those native southamerican aboriginal have inside theirs souls. Is complex My friend, the spain conquerors cause a Lot of damage around here like 300 years in the colonial period with the slavery and killings so for me, all of that mood is like Broken promises too. So, My song is just like that a travel between those Feelings and yes Indeed a Lot of time is scary and create Big scars until now to the people around here. I'm glad that You enjoy the song and the traveling.
