"Culpable o No" es unas de las canciones que aparece en el Álbum "Busca una Mujer" de Luis Miguel, producida en el año 1988, su compositor es Juan Carlos Calderón. Es la historia de amor de una pareja en la cual uno de ellos es infiel y a pesar de que la otra persona lo sabe prefiere ignorarlo y hacer caso omiso incluso a los Rumores existentes y verdaderos.
