Oh how long did you have to wait before you could get on your plane again? The airport is not the greatest place to be in Amsterdam. Haha how is Capetown sounds pretty awesome!

Hahaha - no I was joking that Amsterdam-Schiphol airport sounds a lot like S___-hole airport, but to be fair it was only really KLM that messed us around. They managed to find a flight to Hamburg via Vienna for me later that night, but my poor colleague had to cancel her replacement flight they arranged for the following day, wait for her luggage, and catch a 5 hour train ride with multiple transfers instead... ultimately we actually arrived at our hotel after midnight together and woke up at 5am to get to work!
Cape Town is beautiful today with clear blue skies, but was actually very stormy when I arrived back on Sunday and Monday! It is becoming spring here now...
all those companies are fooling around hehehe, luckily you got home safe and sound :)
