Part of creating peace and harmony is to first be at peace with ourselves. We cannot give out what we don't have and that's one of the major reasons I love this song. The artist regrets his past life which might mean many things to most people; bad break up, wrong decisions, regrets but he got to a point in his life where he found peace of mind with who he is, with his wife, amazing dog and putting the past where it belonged; the past.
Most people don't let the past stay where it is which makes it difficult for them to spread love, peace, harmony and the fragrance of their goodness. This song is colourful and a reminder that we should let go of the past; things we cannot change and throw our kindness around like confetti.
