It's week #166 on Hiveopenmic. I am @rukkie and for this week's theme which is NEVER GIVE UP, chosen by @ksam ,I will be presenting a song by RIGHT SAID FRED and the song is titled; "STAND UP(FOR THE CHAMPIONS)
I chose this song because I literally had a bad day today. From the beginning of this week, things had not been going my way. It was as if something is stopping me from moving forward.
Just Today, the screen of my phone became blank, I had to use the last cash on me to repair it. Then again, I was accused wrongly at work, it was later in the day the whole thing cleared up. I was just down all through today coupled with what has been happening all through the week.
The lyrics of this song speaks directly to me and I knew I can't give up because I am yet to get to where I am going.
I have a vision, oh I believe,
I know I can count on me.
I believe that if I don't give up or succumb to my problems, one day people will stand up and clap whenever my name is mentioned. I'm hoping and praying to God to make me witness that day.

Escogi esta cancion porque literalmente tuve un mal dia hoy. Desde el principio de esta semana, las cosas no han ido como yo quería. Era como si algo me impidiera avanzar.
Hoy mismo, la pantalla de mi teléfono se quedó en blanco, tuve que utilizar el último dinero que llevaba encima para repararlo. Además, me acusaron injustamente en el trabajo, pero más tarde todo se aclaró. Hoy me he sentido deprimido por todo lo que ha pasado durante la semana.
La letra de esta canción me habla directamente y supe que no puedo rendirme porque aún no he llegado a donde quiero llegar.
Tengo una visión, oh creo,
sé que puedo contar conmigo.
Creo que si no me rindo ni sucumbo a mis problemas, un día la gente se levantará y aplaudirá cada vez que se mencione mi nombre. Espero y rezo a Dios para que me haga testigo de ese día.

Yes I do have some days like that but to have everything happening every consecutive days in a week?😞😞😞 It was very frustrating.
