Hi good friends of Hive Open Mic. This week week 104 and its fabulous theme is Peace. My name is Simeon Vincent.
I bring to you a melodious psalm that portrays God's peace and blessings on Earth and it's titled OH PRAISE THE LORD JERUSALEM.
Our world is really in dare need of peace... We are faced with wars, chaos, anarchy and doom ranging from the selfish desire of humanity.
We are experiencing all of these because it seems that we have left the ultimate and absolute peace giver and opted for a temporal peace which comes from material things of the world and from human being.
It's only when we turn back to God in total submission that he would strengthen the bars of our gates with joy and peace and bless us with all that we are lacking..
He will establish peace on the borders of our hearts, borders of our families and our world.
We can get that everlasting peace outside God. He is the peace and joy giver.

O praise the Lord, Jerusalem! Zion, praise your God!
VERSE 1
He has strengthened the bars of your gates he has blessed the children within you. He established peace on your borders, he feeds you with finest wheat.
VERSE 2
He sends out his word to the earth and swiftly runs his command. He showers down snow white as wool, he scatters hoar-frost like ashes.
VERSE 3
He hurls down hailstones like crumbs. The waters are frozen at his touch; he sends forth his word and it melts them: at the breath of his mouth the waters flow.

He makes his word known to Jacob, to Israel his laws and decrees. He has not dealt thus with other nations; he has not taught them his decrees.
GRATITUDE
Gratitude is a virtue... Being grateful for the little things that we receive from our fellow human beings is highly advisable because it also helps to promote peace between friends..
I am grateful be part of this community that has lovely administrators. Their performance is top notch.. I say Gracias to you all.

Awwn.. I am honored Boss. Thanks so much for your comments. We hope to reach out to the world through music with the aid of this noble platform. We won't shout in the street but we will speak to souls just like the psalmist says, no speech,no word is heard, yet their span extends through all the earth. Let's hope for a better tomorrow.
