Hello Hive Open Mic community, it’s @wealthwess here, and I’m honored to join you for week 288. This week’s theme, Gospel, as chosen by our spotlight artist, inspired me to perform a cover of the timeless hymn How Great Thou Art.

I chose How Great Thou Art because it beautifully captures the essence of worship and awe, reflecting the profound gratitude and reverence we feel for God’s greatness. The song’s powerful lyrics and soaring melody invite us to reflect on His creation, majesty, and unending love, perfectly aligning with the heart of gospel music. It’s a hymn that uplifts the soul and draws us closer to the divine, reminding us of the eternal hope found in faith.

For my entry this week, I’m excited to share my rendition of How Great Thou Art, aiming to capture its reverent spirit and connect it to the theme of glorifying God through music. I hope you enjoy my performance and feel the same sense of awe and gratitude I experienced while singing it.
