Are you also counting down the days till the end of the year? I know I am. I also know that days will soon come to pass. As such, I choose to simply enjoy each and every day as it comes and goes. Admit it or not, there's something in the air that somehow makes everything feel festive. I take whatever good the season brings and do away with the more materialistic and consumerist side of it all.
That's the atrium at the mall, all covered with trimmings and decorations of the season. There's also some sort of market fair for local products. I took this photo from an upper floor. We did check it out at a later time. I'll share it next time.

Hello friend, excellent post, the truth is that everything is a countdown and that's how we human beings are always aware of time, I had a daughter who passed away three years ago at her young age, she was 13 when she left, but she was super intelligent and a One day she saw me very sad for reasons of life and she tried to encourage me and in the end she told me dad LIVE YOUR LIFE AS IF IT WAS THE LAST DAY OF YOUR EXISTENCE, well she gave me a life lesson, greetings from @theshot2414 I hope have a great day.
I'm sorry to hear about your daughter. She's wise to give you that advice. I'm in the process of healing myself. We lost Mom last year. It takes time to completely heal. Mostly I take things one day at a time. I find that being thankful for all that I still have helps me go on each day. Now, we're almost at the end of another year. And so, life goes on... happy midweek!
