Introducing myself to Hive/Spendhbd

Hi, I’m Abasiekeme Hanson, a data analyst by title but if you really want to understand me, you have to look deeper. I’m a builder, a systems thinker, and sometimes a digital detective. I don’t see problems and walk away. I look at them and ask: “What can I build that will fix this for someone like me?”

I didn’t learn tech in luxury. No bootcamps, no free rides. Just an old laptop, NEPA's unreliability, and a deep hunger to make the internet work for everyday Nigerians. Over time, that hunger became purpose. Now, I build systems that speak up for the unheard and defend the unprotected.

Let me show you what I mean because each of these projects isn’t just “something I made.” They are pieces of my identity. And this is how I want to be seen.

Dark Web Threat Intelligence & Proxy Mining

Nigeria is under attack not with bombs, but with phishing links, carding scripts, fake websites, and identity theft kits. We’re a global hotspot for cyber fraud, yet no one’s really collecting data on how we’re being targeted not at our level.

So I built a system that dives into the dark web, sniffs out fraud tools, Nigerian-targeted phishing kits, card dumps, and spam campaigns, and monitors how these threats behave towards us.

To make it work, I had to build my own proxy mining system collecting millions of IPs to mimic Nigerian users, see what the web shows us, and capture the real behavior cybercriminals aim at our region.

This isn’t just about being technical. This is about giving Nigerians a shield, built from data. It’s about saying: "You don’t have to be silent victims anymore."

I want people to see me through this project as someone who fights back with intelligence, who builds digital defenses for the very people most ignored in global cybersecurity conversations.

Migrate AI — Saving Lives Through Smarter Migration Insights

Thousands of Nigerians risk everything every day to leave legally or not. But there’s so little data to help them know what they’re walking into. That gap? It costs lives.

At Migrate AI, I lead a data team analyzing migration trends using IoT signals, behavioral data, and machine learning to predict risks, patterns, and red flags in real time.

We build tools that help NGOs, agencies, and even families say: "Wait. Maybe this path isn’t worth it."

This isn’t just about AI or data science. This is about using data to put safety, dignity, and knowledge in people’s hands before it’s too late.

I want people to see me through this work as someone who builds systems that see the people behind the numbers systems that protect dreams without destroying lives.

The AI Business Agent — Making AI Work for Nigerian Businesses, Not Just Talk

This one is personal. I got tired of watching people my family, traders, even bike dispatchers struggle with basic digital services. Transfers fail. Orders go missing. Customer care ignores them.

And so, I built an AI-powered business agent that lives on WhatsApp And other social medias. Why Social Media? Because that’s where Nigerians already are.

Here’s what it does:

  • Handles failed transaction complaints across banks
  • Escalates issues with logistics companies like GIG, DHL, local dispatch riders.
  • Tracks delivery statuses from e-commerce shops like Jumia.
  • Even resolves airtime/data purchase delays in real time.

Behind the scenes, the agent connects to APIs, scrapes status pages, and understands local slang and frustration. It doesn’t say “We’re sorry for the inconvenience.” It fixes the inconvenience.

Now imagine this scaled across retail, healthcare, fintech, logistics, and telcos any place where Nigerians wait too long for resolution. That’s where I’m heading.

This AI agent isn’t just tech. It’s a middle finger to the systems that waste our time and drain our energy. I built it because we deserve smooth systems, too.

**What Connects All These Projects?**

What unites dark web intelligence, migration AI, and WhatsApp agents?

Simple: I see systems where others see problems. And I build from the Nigerian point of view not as a user, but as someone who lives inside the frustration.

In every project I build, you’ll find:

  • A focus on overlooked pain , the stuff people feel but can’t always describe
  • A bias for fast deployment , I don’t wait for perfect. I ship real.
  • A drive to serve industries people think tech can’t touch - dispatch riders, local shops, market traders, government workers, NGO field teams

But This Is Bigger Than Code

Behind every model, API, or system I deploy is a simple goal

✊🏽 Make tech real, relatable, and usable for the average Nigerian. 🤝🏽 Collaborate with thinkers, tinkerers, and dreamers who care about real impact. 💡 Teach and demystify tech for anyone curious enough to learn.

" "alt text""Behind Every Data Point is a Nigerian Story Waiting to Be Told

Most tech talks numbers and code. But behind every dataset, every AI model, every system I build is a story, stories of Nigerians facing real problems, daring to hope, and pushing for change.

From cyber defense to migration safety to AI customer support, my mission is to connect technology to the heartbeat of Nigeria.

I write, build, and speak to make tech relatable and useful to people who don’t usually see themselves in the “tech narrative.”

Join me to bring Nigerian tech stories to life because the future we build should belong to all of us.

Welcome brother 💯

Welcome to the Hive community @abasiekeme!
We sincerely hope you find everything you are looking for and have found a new home here.

Seven suggestions to consider:

  1. Guard your passwords carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
  2. Use your active key only for wallet transactions, Keychain, Peaklock, and Hivesigner,
  3. The master password and the owner key are only used to reset compromised passwords,
  4. DO NOT lose your password or keys; copy and store offline,
  5. Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own.
  6. An introduceyourself tag is used only once , and
  7. DO NOT OPEN any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.
