Greetings everyone.
Last week wasn't bad, I was able to onboard three people and following up with online mentorship they have been able to do some task and are trying thier best on ecency Waves.
It's a new week for Hive and the #SpendHBD project. I spent the weekend thinking of how to bring in more serious users and where to find them.
After a long thought, I came up with the idea of taking the hive to the school teachers, schools should learn about hive and spendhbd project.
Some school teachers, especially college teachers, are well exposed, some have heard about Web3, and some are wasting their precious time on Facebook and TikTok, so they will love to join Hive a platform where they own their content and where they practice proof of brain and create original content that no one will steal away from them.
Hive is an educational platform, so I believe that any teacher who joins Hive will gain more knowledge from Hive, and teachers would be easier to mentor unlike some that doesn't know how to navigate their Android phones.
Teachers might not have time to create long-form content, but they will have more than enough time to create waves and #snaps, and gradually they earn as they learn, most of them shop for things at the end of the month so shopping with HBD will also be a plus for them as they will get cashback for shopping with hbd.
The economy is not smiling, parents can also be interested in paying school fees with HBD and getting some cashback, so reaching out to schools with Hive and spendhbd project is a good idea.
Making a move.
I don't set goals and set back, there is a need to work on the goal and achieve it, and teamwork makes it easier.
I contacted @iquo and disclosed to her my plan for this week, and I want to start the search for teachers today in different schools. She decided to join me to search for teachers in different schools.
We calculated the convenient time to visit the school so as not to distract them from taking care of the children
Break time was the best time.
The response so far.
We visited three schools in total, one private school and two public schools. The teachers where very happy to learn about hive, some wanted to get onboarded immediately, I started onboarding but couldn't finish because the time for break was already over, so we fixed an appointment for the next day by 2pm and that will be when they are done for the day and the children have gone home, then we will have their full attention.
Wherever we can find people who will want to join Hive we are out to look for them, in fact the three principals we met yesterday before going to the teachers said they haven't heard anything about Hive yet, they only know of Facebook and other web 2 social media platforms.
Moving around to meet interested people is the best way to reach everyone with the message about Hive.
My goal this week is to onboard as many teachers as possible and give them the needed mentorship to become active hivers and add value to the system.
The week just started, so let's see how far we will go on bringing teachers to Hive the best web3 system that has numerous benefits, a platform that one can earn as they learn.
You're doing great work over there and I must commend you plus @iquo, who's always a reliable companion during these campaigns.
Like you wrote, some teachers are well versed in crypto and have heard of Web3 platforms, so introducing Hive to them and getting them on board too is a step in the right direction.
The economy isn't getting any better and Hive can provide another stream of income for them.
I'm hopeful this campaign of taking Hive to the corridors of schools will yield great results. Kudos.

Thanks for your commendations, that's the objective really and we hope it yields fruitful results as expected
It was a nice outing with positive responses. Hope we'd be able to follow up and meet new people in schools again
Sure we will try our best and follow up.
Thank you for the support.
This is a great avenue to take Hive to the doorstep of these teachers. Even if they can't do long content, snaps and waves are available for them to enjoy their time on hive. Well done 👏
Thank you, the rain didn't allow us to meet with them as we agreed but tomorrow we will try and see them.
My pleasure. I pray the weather is favorable tomorrow 🙏
We hope so too
