in this situation the hotel has HBD so it is just a transfer from one account to another.
going from fiat to HBD depends on where you live, as everything in crypto. if you or the hotel have a binance account, probably 5-10 minutes, depending on how fast you can type and do verifications.

Yeah, but they (they hotel) take fiat, and I assume they buy more HBD with it if they run out. Probably they won't (they might use HIVE instead), at this scale. But who knows, if this goes to a higher level?
