Getting to know about Hive and the spendhbd project has been like a golden opportunity that I thrive to tell to everyone around me. I once spoke to my Husband's sister about Hive and spendhbd, she indicated her interest and said that she will like to explore the blockchain. But distance has been a barrier since we are not staying in the same area.
Some days ago, she visited us with her baby so I used this period to register her through the spendhbd onboarding link. I helped her to download the Ecency and Hive Keychain app and assisted her to set up her profile and wallet. To help her learn more about Hive and met other Hivers I went with her to @marajah workshop, there she learnt more about Hive and spendhbd.
We didn't stay to the end of the workshop because she was having some health challenges. But before we went home I took her to one of the listed businesses nearby God's own international supermarket so that she can practice and experience spendhbd. At the supermarket she bought a diaper for 6.933 hbd and got a 20% discount of 1.000 hbd. She was very happy.

My target is to help her learn all she needs to know about Hive now that she is in Aba. So that when she goes back she will help tell family and friends in her area about it. I am planning of going over to Imo State to tell them about Hive and spendhbd and to talk to some businesses and see if I can list them with the help of @fokusnow, so that my sister in law and others who might join Hive can be spending Hive dollars in their own city. Is an objective I hope to achieve soon.
