It's the 5th day of our activities in Kidstown Warri Delta State, it was a lovely Sunday afternoon around 3:00pm.
During the Hive meetup we hosted at kids Town and Saturday 4th of October, upon our conclusion we decided to come back on Sunday which was the next day, so that we can promote the spendhbd system that is now accepted in kidstown.
We decided to come around to introduce the system to those persons that were not in our previous workshop that took place on the 1st of October.
On Sunday afternoon, few of our newly recruit in Warri came to kidstown through the leadership of @smartcloud who we appointed as the Delta-Squad zonal coordinator in Warri Delta State and upon their arrival, @calebmarvel24 and @emmally who represented the Delta-Squad from Asaba were already there waiting for them because since after the workshop, the both of them stayed back so that they can recruit and onboard more shoppers, businesses and members into the spendhbd system and the Hive Blockchain.
Upon the arrival of the other team members, they decided to proceed to the bar section in kidstown where some persons were organizing a mini birthday party. calebmarvel24 decided to talk with the celebrant who gave them the permission to address her guest in respect to the spendhbd system that is now adopted as a payment method in kidstown.
Why he was addressing them, some persons were doubting the system, thinking that it's a "scam". Calebmarvel made them to understand that no body is asking them to fund their shopping wallet without using it to make purchases. He told them that the "Naira" (Fiat) that they are to use in purchasing items from kidstown, they can equally use it to purchase HBD and pay for what ever they are purchasing in kidstown town and by so doing, they will have some returns no matter how small it may be.
At the end of his speech, few persons decided to give the system a test, they were onboarded and they also bought some items from kids Town and got their cashback upon submitting their reviews.
